Introduction

Brush(or spray) on the surface of concrete or steel-frame structure of building, formed fire-resistance and heat insulation protection layer, avoid damage for concrete and steel structure parts caused by the fire, satisfy need for different colors.

The protect has excellent properties of weather resistance,water resistance,acid and alkali resistance and blast resistance. And it is fire-resistance waterproof aging-resistance coating with special performance of high bonding strength,long fire endurance,easy construction,good decoration effect,excellent adhesive and flexibility.

√Super strong cohesive force, self adhesive construction be safe and reliable. Avoid instability of coating bonding and fire risk of hot melt method.

√Excellent high and low temperature resistance performance, can adopt to the changing temperature of one year. The lowest temperature resistance can reach -30℃.

√Long service life, excellent weathering-resistant property. Flashback,fireproof, easy construction, material healthfulness, environmental protection. It can effectively cut off fire when there is a fire.

√Strong base layer ”self-locking water” performance, with special “self-healing” infection;    

√Good stretch property, can resist general transformation and cracking of base layer.

*Appearance: even, viscous and fluid, no caking
*Drying time: 4h, 24 hours later coating will be cured totally.
*Adhesive strength: 0.63Mpa
*Freeze - thaw resistance: 15 times
*Acid resistance: the coating won’t change if soaked in 3% HCL for more than 24h
*Alkali resistance: the coating won’t change if soaked in 3% calcium hydroxide for more than 24h
*Salt resistance: the coating won’t change if soaked in 3% CaCL for more than 24h
*Water resistance: the coating won’t change if soaked in water for more than 24h
*Vibration resistance: deformation, L/200, won’t fall off
*Bending resistance: deformation, L/100, won’t fall off
*Initial drying crack resistance: no cracking
*Density: 1.35±0.05
*This coating can be soluble in water.
